Bar security personnel will control the flow of foot traffic into the bar or club. May include removing patrons who display undesired conduct, using problem-solving skills to settle disputes in a respectful manner, and contacting the authorities when a situation gets beyond the bar securitys control.
Duties:
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Observe and interact with guests
Keep a clean and safe path for service
Handle intoxicated or unruly guests in a professional and safe manner
Follow proper ID procedures
Maintain a professional appearance, and manner at all times
Fill out reports on all Incidents professionally and completely.
Protect club employees and guests in a safe manner
Coordinating with police, fire and emergency medical personnel
Requirements
Previous security experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances between and within buildings on the property
Must have the ability to communicate in English
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
