Drewry Site Development is hiring Experienced Loader Operators for immediate full-time work with excellent pay, benefits, and steady year-round work. We are looking for reliable operators who take pride in safe, efficient equipment operation and can support both site development and recycling operations.
As an Experienced Loader Operator, you will operate heavy equipment to load materials, support earthwork operations, and assist with asphalt and concrete recycling. You must be able to work outdoors, handle physically demanding tasks, and function well as part of a cohesive crew.
Responsibilities:
-Operate loaders safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
-Support operations involving loaders, track hoes, dozers, off-road trucks, and skid steers
-Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers
-Load trucks with recycled aggregate at our recycling yard
-Keep equipment, materials, and job sites clean, organized, and properly maintained
-Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues immediately
-Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation
-Assist with manual labor tasks as needed on the job site
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment (loader experience required)
-Must pass an equipment test prior to hire
-Reliable transportation to job sites (travel as needed)
-Ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all conditions
-Strong stamina and ability to perform physical labor
-Team-oriented with solid communication skills
