Description We are offering an opportunity in the Manufacturing industry, specifically for a Front Desk Coordinator role located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various front office tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff Performing light data entry duties to maintain customer records Distributing mail and internal correspondence Maintaining the general office filing system Utilizing office equipment such as fax machines and copiers Managing reception area and ensuring it is organized and presentable Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed Utilizing MS Word and Internet for various tasks Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors Ensuring the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material. Requirements Applicant must possess a deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its operations. Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role is essential. Proficient in the use of internet for research and communication. Strong skills in MS Word for document creation, editing, and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth office operations. Exceptional customer service skills to handle client inquiries and complaints professionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration or relevant field would be a plus.
