The EA Process Support Specialist will create detailed processes and procedure documents for the Enterprise Architect (EA) team, which will include engagement models, artifacts definition, and communication liaison with the OCM team. This position offers Hybrid work arrangements. Responsibilities:
  • Follow and refine existing EA standards for documentation and communications
  • Create engagement models for EA team
  • Maintain prioritized list of initiatives for the EA team as it pertains to process and engagement models
  • Document tracking mechanism for processes to ensure compliance and adherence
  • Facilitate training sessions for new processes and engagement models
  • Create processes and supporting artifacts for the EA team
  • Assist in driving process extensions throughout other teams within the OCTO
  • Assist in driving metrics for the EA team
  • Consult and work with process owners and trainers on needs assessments and recommend training solutions
  • Review and research industry trends, conduct assessments and utilize industry best practices to make and incorporate recommendations into process development, and governance practice
Job Requirements
  • Experience with Visio and SharePoint
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with architecture and development teams, defining processes, and gathering requirements
  • Broad experience in driving out processes across multiple work groups and disciplines
  • Extensive understanding of what is needed to roll out new processes
  • Experience supporting communication and change management efforts; Prosci or CCMP certification preferred
  • Extensive experience with integrating new tools, methods, and industry best practices into the Office of the CTO strategic programs
  • Ability to facilitate discussions across multiple technical disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships within the Office of the CTO and across the organization
  • Adaptable and innovative in design and execution of training programs, processes, and solutions
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, organized, proactive, and energetic
  • Ability to apply a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus on the right priorities
  • Understanding of change management best practices preferred
  • Ability to work within a team and stay aligned to the team goals
