- Develop full scale project plans
- Establish and coordinate project teams
- Manage project financials of project budgets from $100K to multi-millions
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plan
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology
- Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group
- Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable
- Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
- Ensure quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Develop and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
- Develop and present project evaluations and assessment of results
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent required
- Scrum Master Certification or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project required
- Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio a plus
