MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:

Field Marketing operations: Collaborate on graphic design projects, such as monthly promotions, training materials, etc. Provide photoshoot support by coordinating with vendors, models, testimonial clients for transportation and hospitality and assist in the casting process for models, testimonials, etc.

Social Media Operations: Assist in the creation of content, editing and posting for the company’s alternative social media platforms and subsidiaries across all social media platforms including but not limited to the distribution of blogs, infographics and videos across cross functional teams. Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns. Design weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company’s alternative social media platforms and subsidiaries brands social media platforms. Support subsidiaries with live and on-line events and respond to comments and questions

Quality control: Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability. Record whether social media marketing efforts have been successful through various online analytical tools

Perform administrative duties: Prepare and distribute monthly marketing promotion materials to our center locations with assistance of the Production and Shipping Department. Create various documents, spreadsheets and power point presentations. Help proof various documents and collateral. Perform other related duties to support Field Marketing Manager and the Director of Operations for Alternative Brands, as assigned. Support with copying, scanning, filing, coordinating meetings, etc.

MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:
  • Collaborate with the Company’s subsidiary teams to ensure published content posted on all social channels is up to date
  • Collaborate with Marketing consultants to further promote the company’s subsidiaries brands by seeking assistance in publicizing events
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager on production planning, pre‐production, production and post‐production for media/photoshoots for all media channels

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Pursuing marketing, graphic design, digital communications, or related field degree)
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred
  • Previous experience in beauty brand preferred
  • Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Thorough understanding and passion for digital and social creative world, best practices, trends & visual storytelling across all traditional and emerging social platforms

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to react quickly and be flexible to last minute changes

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work from home mostly and occasional office environment
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
  • Sitting stationary for long period of time
  • Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
  • Requires working with computer systems
  • May require light lifting <50 lbs.
  • Some travel may be required
