Responsibilities: • Ability and interest in managing projects that are generally not technical in nature but highly visible and are impactful enterprise or business unit HR initiatives • Business Analyst skills to help develop and document project requirements, processes and project deliverable lists as needed • Consulting skills and ability to drive team forward on project scoping and execution with teams that may be conceptual in nature • Experience at a system administrative level with Smartsheets (preferred) and/or technical aptitude/interest in supporting the HR PPM Smartsheets application and data integrity/quality • Leverage skills to understand connections (connect the dots) between projects/teams and target the level of Project Management based on specific project and/or team needs • Manage projects that involve multiple HR functions • Support Portfolio Manager and HR Steering Committee to track relevant Portfolio risks and actions • Creation of Portfolio reporting, dashboards and presentations • Leverage and maintain Smartsheets for project and resource tracking • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables • Develop and track project plans including dependencies • Direct and oversee project teams • Define project tasks and manage project schedule • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans • Manage project changes to achieve project goals • Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders • Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable • Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills • Works under limited instruction. The nature of the work is such that it is performed to a large extent on own responsibility • Work with all levels of the HR organization
