• 5+ years of experience in application development on one of the leading Email Service Provider platforms.• 7+ years of application development experience.• Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated campaigns in a leading ESP, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Oracle Responsys or Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Epsilon, Acxiom, Yesmail, etc.• At least 2 years experience with Integration technologies.• Proficiency in programming using SQL, AMP Scripting, javascript, HTML & CSS.• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.• Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results.• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Node or Python including object-oriented design.• Experience with DevOps, Paas platforms (AZURE/AWS), and CICD pipeline is preferred.
