- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

- Develop high-volume web applications using Java 1.8 / J2EE Framework.
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on development of enterprise web applications leveraging
- J2EE Technologies - Core Java, JSPs, REST and SOAP Web Services, JDBC
- Web Technologies- HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax
- Version Control - Bit Bucket, SVN, TFS
- Application Server - Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache
- 2+ years Micro-services development experience (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics
- Experience in SQL, Oracle or any other RDMBS database
- Experience with any of the continuous integration tools such as Jenkins is a plus
- Experience in AWS technologies(EC2,S3,Cloud Front, RDS) is a plus
- Experience with TDD, code testability standards, JUnit/Mockito is a plus
- Experience in developing applications for Hospitality Industry preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience in an application development environment
- Experience leading a multi-site and/or off-shore development team
- Experience working on a large scale enterprise wide projects
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Experience with various software estimation techniques
