We are seeking a detailed-oriented and highly organized accounts payable-receivable part time person to join our lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
1. Process accounts/ incoming payments through lockbox and manually.
2. Perform day to day account payable and receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording
3. Answering calls from clients regarding their account.
4. Speak both English & Spanish fluently.
5. Reside near Kendall area.
