We are a small friendly atmosphere 30 year accounting firm, seeking a part time bookkeeper who would enjoy working at a small firm.
Work schedule is flexible / part time approximately 20-30 hours per week, except for tax season.
Job Responsibilities and Experience Required Include:
-Bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks / Intuit desktop, online a plus.
-Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts.
-Meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
-Run reports with the ability to analyze and correct as needed.
-Calculating Client Payroll for processing.
-Form 1099 preparation.
-Detail oriented and eager to learn.
Compensation based on experience.
