PAINTING PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee painting projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with clients, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is essential for delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

This is a Full Time On-Site position.

Requirements:

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass a background check.

3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in painting or construction.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with success.

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant PLUS.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, office and crew.

Supervise and manage painting teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.

Perform site inspections to verify high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients and upper management.

Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.

Oversee multiple residential and commercial painting projects at once.

Manage project budgets, including Schedule of Values and Change Orders.

Handle additional tasks as they arise during the course of the project.
