located in Fort Lauderdale, FLproviding services such as the following: TeleService Stolen Vehicle Recovery Automatic Collision Notification Enhanced Roadside Assistance Concierge Services Door Lock/Unlock Customer Relations Hands-Free Calling

Qualifications

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service / Concierge Service Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to customers, following program guidelines and call center standards.

Customer Service / Concierge Service Specialist Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate answers according to program guidelines. Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Process tickets using a web based system to escalate customer issues as needed

Education:- Minimum High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred

Job Related Experience:

- Local Candidates only- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Call Center Experience required- Bilingual skills (French Canadian/English - Spanish/English)- English Proficiency- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in each language- Computer knowledge and navigation skills- Ability to multi task among multiple browsers and softwares simultaneously- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook Email- Customer centric- Ability to develop Customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty- Effective communication and empathy skills that will diffuse an irate customer- Must be able to remain patient and calm when dealing with callers who are highly agitated, angry, panicked, emotionally upset or otherwise not able to effectively communicate their needs due to age, injury, illness or other debilitating situation.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required- Superior interpersonal, team building skills, stress resistant, resilient, and reliable- Stellar interpersonal skills including ability to maintain professional presence at all times- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines- Strong in leadership and sociability, team player- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision- Superior problem resolution and follow up skills, with exceptional case documentation work- Able to spend majority of the day engaged in telephone, email, chat, and/or web-video discussions with customers
