Required Skills:

1+ year of experience in a technical support role via phone

Ability to communicate with front line employees (deputies, law enforcement, fire rescue, detention, etc.)

Can diagnose and solve issues with various equipment (laptops, radios, programs, inter-com, walkie-talkies)

Experience in Windows operating systems

Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, team player attitude.

Comfortable in a fast paced and challenging environment

Desired Skills:

law enforcement IT background (or equivalent)
A+ Certification

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a local Help Desk Technician for an initial 5 month contract (reoccurring opportunity to renew annually), with a government agency based in Florida. We're seeking candidates that are motivated and skilled at problem solving. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with front line employees, while being empathetic and great listeners.
