Ledgent Technology is seeking an Inspire Programmer responsible for focusing on implementing GMC Quadient Inspire solutions that prepare data-driven production files for print manufacturing.This is an onsite position in Weston, FL.
What you will be doing:- Analyze client requirements for direct mail and variable printing
- Heavy data background working with client source data, including XML
- Plan and design forms for variable data printing using Inspire
- Execute rules, scripts, and data transformations within software
- Answer client inquiries regarding status and change requests
- Direct and engage in special project teams
- Print and mailing industry experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of related experience using Inspire and BCC Mail Manager
- 3+ years of knowledge working programming in C#, VBA, and SQL
- Proficiency with print stream formats: PDF, Postscript, AFP, and PCL
- Solid understanding of using barcodes, array manipulation, and sorting
- Proficiency using a wide range of data structures including xml
- Familiar with postal design requirements
- Working knowledge of security toolsets and workflows
- Dependable data analytic skills required to correlate multiple data points
