The Title and Registration Admin will be responsible for the preparation, record, maintenance and validation of the title and registration process. This person will play a vital role in ensuring that the department provides support for the fleet locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for title & registration administrative needs for assigned territoryEfficiently process vehicle initial registrations & renewalsDevelop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments & title servicesMonitor vehicle registration and renewal statuses with state motor vehicle departments & title servicesTroubleshoot title and registration issues in a timely manner to ensure a seamless process and data accuracyValidate information and invoices Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
