Zak The Baker is a local, artisanal bakery specializing in sourdough bread and traditional pastries.
At 295 NW 26 St in Wynwood, everything is made on site, from scratch. Started four years ago, the bakery has achieved steady and rapid growth thanks to its craftsmanship and high-quality standards that have nurtured a strong reputation in the food and beverage community.
Our wholesale operations supply fresh bread and pastry to hotels, restaurants, and retail locations in South Florida.

We are currently seeking passionate people with cafe/bread & pastry experience to join our front of house team.
Our front of house team is responsible for representing our line of bread and pastries, brewing coffee/espresso / espresso-based beverages/ teas, and working the POS system, all while maintaining an organized work-space and giving our guests the quality experience they expect and deserve when visiting us.
The ideal candidate is/has:

- attention to detail/organized
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift
- the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- strong hospitality skills
