Job Summary:
As Bar Lead, you won’t just be behind the bar—you’ll help set the tone for our new direction. You’ll run your own shifts, lead by example, and be involved in key staffing decisions including hiring and, when necessary, terminations. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, making decisions, and helping implement new systems and procedures as we relaunch.
What You’ll Do:
Take charge of the bar during your shifts—open, close, manage cash and team flow.
Serve drinks, create a great guest experience, and keep energy high during live music nights.
Help develop and implement new service standards and procedures.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new bar staff.
Provide feedback and help manage performance, including handling terminations if necessary.
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management on food and drink specials.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of bartending experience, plus experience leading or supervising a team.
Someone confident making decisions and comfortable with accountability.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to be part of a rebuilding phase and contribute ideas.
Must be 21+ with all applicable alcohol certifications (as required by local law).
