Independent family owned busy restaurant is seeking a team leader in the kitchen. Must be able to lead a busy kitchen, follow standards, communicate, place daily food orders, create amazing daily specials, fabricate meat and fish, schedule staff, lead by example and promote a positive working environment with the BOH team and FOH team. Work week is 5 days with 2 consecutive days off. During off season (May - October) days off are Saturday and Sunday and during season (November - April) days off are Sunday and Monday.
