We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a restaurant located within a high-end condominium in Sunny Isles Beach (Miami).

About the restaurant

A 50-seat establishment offering full service — breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with special holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. A friendly atmosphere serving a discerning residential clientele.

Main responsibilities

Create varied, seasonal menus tailored to local tastes.

Supervise food preparation and presentation.

Manage inventory, orders, and kitchen hygiene.

Lead and train kitchen staff while ensuring service quality.

Contribute actively to special restaurant events.

Profile required

Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous-Chef.

Solid knowledge of American and international culinary standards.

Ability to work independently and manage a small team.

Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

English and/or Spanish preferred.
