Española Cigar Bar & Lounge is hiring full-time Hostesses for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions. We are a premium cigar and cocktail lounge on Española Way, known for high standards, elevated service, and a fast-paced environment.
Position: Full-Time Hostess
Schedule: 5 days per week (Day Shift or Night Shift)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + meals included
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table flow
Maintain a polished and inviting entrance presence
Assist servers and bar staff during high-volume periods
Ensure guests receive an exceptional first and last impression of the lounge
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay composed in a high-traffic environment
Professional appearance and punctuality
Previous hospitality experience preferred
