Chef team specializing in Vegan food is looking to hire experienced lead line cooks and prep cooks for a cloud kitchen operation.

currently based in South Beach, moving permanently to Hialeah December 15

Available Positions:

Line Cook, Lead Line cook – Prepare, cook, and cool food according to recipes and production guidelines. Delegate tasks and organize recipe production daily. Tasting for consistency

Prep Cooks – Wash, chop, weigh, and prepare ingredients to support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Execute food preparation and plating with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production goals.

Maintain a fast and organized workflow, especially under pressure.

Requirements:

You have legal working status

⁃ You would be available to work from 8am-3 pm.

⁃ Prep Cooks & Line Cooks: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or vegetarian food setting.

⁃ All positions:

- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic computer skills for recipe and production tracking.

- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.

- Ability to work with a team with kindness and flexibility.
