We’re a busy, boutique-style café in North Beach Village looking for a reliable, organized line cook who takes pride in putting out consistent, high-quality plates.
If you can handle a hot line, keep your cool when we’re in the weeds, and care about cleanliness and standards, we want to meet you.
What you’ll be doing:
Working the line for breakfast and lunch service (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
Following standardized recipes, portions, and plating
Prepping ingredients, stocks, and sauces for the next shift
Keeping your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
Maintaining food safety & sanitation standards at all times
Communicating with FOH/BOH to keep tickets moving smoothly
Helping with opening/closing side work
What we’re looking for:
Line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel (breakfast experience a big plus)
Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Shows up on time, ready to work, no drama
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Schedule & Pay:
Morning and mid-day shifts (weekends & holidays required)

Pay: $16- $18/hr DOE + potential for overtime
