Facility Services company seeks an EVENING CLEANER for a 2700SF office in Miami/Bird Road/Marina Lakes area.
Position will work for 15 weekly hours (more hours possible at other locations if interested).
Monday through Friday 9PM to 11PM, for basic cleaning.
Saturday 12 Noon to 4 PM for more deep cleaning.
Responsibilities:
Empty all trash receptacles and dispose trash in dumpster.
Replace trash can liners.
Sweep and Mop all floor areas.
Dust horizontal areas.
Check/organize chairs in reception; wipe as needed.
Maintain Janitor's Room organized and clean.
Take photos of work areas when completed and report any maintenance or unusual activities.
Restrooms:
Fill dispensers with hand towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap.
Wipe dispensers and horizontal areas.
Empty trash receptacles.
Sweep and wet mop restroom floors with disinfectant.
Clean all restroom areas.
Monthly:
High dust any vents and corners.
Wipe all high touch areas with disinfectants provided by client.
Minimum Qualifications:
21 years of age and legally able to work in the U.S. We use E-Verify.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
Must be able to pass a background screen.
Must be able to comply with job requirements and responsibilities.
Speak some English.
Must be presentable, courteous and flexible.

Salary and Benefits:
