THE ROLE
This is not a traditional nanny position.
This is a live-in household leadership role supporting:
Children
Academics
Daily routines
Home operations
Travel logistics
You will work alongside an engaged mother and tutors, helping maintain structure, follow-through, and calm execution day-to-day.
Bilingual English/Spanish required
ACADEMIC & CHILD SUPPORT
Reinforce tutor-led academics when tutors are not present
Support elementary-level academics, homework, reading, focus, and accountability
Maintain consistent routines across children
Enforce expectations calmly and confidently
Afternoon, evening, and travel coverage as needed
A strong plus (not required):
Background in Elementary Education, teaching, or academic support
Familiarity with FLVS / Florida Flex homeschool curriculum or similar structured homeschool platforms
This role does not replace tutors, but supports consistency, follow-through, and daily execution.
HOUSEHOLD OPERATIONS
You take ownership of the home environment:
Daily cleaning, organizing, and resets
Household-wide laundry management
Cooking support and kitchen resets
Errands and household flow
Anticipating needs and maintaining readiness
This role suits someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and does it.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
Valid driver’s license required
Confident transporting children
Domestic and international travel required
Passport required or ability to obtain
Flexibility is essential — and rewarded
COMMUNICATION & REPORTING
You’ll provide a brief daily update covering:
Schedule execution
Academics
Behavior
Household status
Clear. Factual. Solution-oriented.
