We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver, and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day operations at a busy commercial property. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of maintenance tasks and must be able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative.

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (weekends when needed)
Must be flexible to stay late, work different days if needed, and respond to emergency calls
Job Responsibilities:
-Electrical and plumbing repairs
-Basic HVAC maintenance (Cooling Tower knowledge a plus)
-Flooring, painting, drywall repair, and make-ready prep
-Lock changes, basic landscaping, cleaning, and janitorial tasks
-Standard carpet cleaning and floor treatment
-Preventive maintenance & accurate tracking of service tasks
-Knowledge of domestic pumps, mechanical, and life safety equipment strongly preferred
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (Commercial, Residential, or similar environment)
-Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation required
Bilingual a plus (not required)
Certifications/Licenses are not required but will be considered a plus
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
-Work in standing, crouching, or climbing positions as needed
-Comfort working at heights with proper safety equipment
Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergencies when required
