Handyman/maintenance technician for admirals cove.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable handyman/ maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, light plumbing and electrical work, handyman repairs with a strong attention to detail and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair task (plumbing, electrical, and handyman duties)
Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely.
Assist with various property upkeep and improvement projects .
Lift and carry up to 50+ lbs
Follow daily schedules and complete assignments in a timely manner
Knowledge of iPhone and tablet.
Requirements:
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. (Must be insurable through our insurance)
Experience in light plumbing, electrical, and general handyman skills
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule and pay:
Monday-friday 8am to 4:30 pm (punctually required)
One Saturday a month
Pay is $25.00 a hour with yearly reviews and raises.
