Immediate Opening for Janitorial/Maintenance Worker.
We are currently seeking a Janitorial/Maintenance Worker to join our team.
This position is all outdoors. Applicants must be comfortable with working outdoors. The job entails extreme heat and weather conditions as experienced in South Florida.
Applicant should have good physical stamina and able to lift more than 50lbs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Pressure washing
Pulling out dumpsters
Knowledge of Irrigation
Light grounds maintenance
Cleaning bathrooms
Light painting
Bi-Lingual is a plus!
