We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Caretaker in the West Palm Beach area.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the exterior of our properties, including yard work (mowing, trimming, watering plants), general upkeep of vehicles and boat.
Assist with property management, visit job sites, take pictures and videos of the property for documentation purposes.
Handle packages and run errands as needed.
Bonus points for handyman skills (painting, basic repairs, using drills, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation.
Proficient in English for clear communication.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Hard-working, reliable, and on-time.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM ET.
Compensation:
Rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
