Part-Time Personal Assistant for Busy Entrepreneur (Morning Hours)

Job Description: I'm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented personal assistant for a part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for consistent, supplemental income and can dedicate a couple of hours each morning to assist with a variety of personal and household tasks. Ideally, I'm looking for someone local to South or Mid Miami Beach or someone who is within 15-20 minutes of my condo near the 1 Hotel. Otherwise, the travel will outweigh the pay.

Responsibilities Include:

- Daily collection, opening, and organization of mail and packages

- Daily light cleaning and tidying (wiping counters, taking out trash/recycling, putting dishes or clothes away, picking up dog toys and shoes, etc.)

- Once weekly deep clean (thoroughly steaming the floors and rugs, sanitizing the bathroom, washing bedsheets/making bed, dusting, etc.)

- Daily personal task management (paying bills, coordinating travel, basic errands)

- Household organization (e.g., cleaning common areas, organizing the pantry, fridge, or bedroom closet)

- Occasional assistance with business-related tasks (research, Instagram management or content creation)

- Helping with seasonal projects (decorating for holidays, organizing storage units)

- Assisting at our South Beach office on an as-needed basis

What I'm Looking For:

- Someone flexible, dependable, and proactive

- A self-starter who enjoys organization and multitasking

- Must have another primary job or source of steady income, as this role is designed to be a supplemental part-time position

- Great for college students or anyone looking for consistent, part-time hours

- Great for stay-at-home moms or anyone with consistent morning availability

Additional Details:

- Set morning hours, approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday (can discuss additional weekend hours)

- $15 per hour, with potential for additional hours based on need

- Payments made weekly or biweekly via Zelle

- Location: My condo near the 1 Hotel, with occasional tasks at our office less than 10 mins away on 12th Steet and Washington

- Must have reliable transportation! Daily parking is $8 and I will cover that.

Skills:

I prefer candidates who have strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail and cleanliness, the ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks, and a proactive attitude. Experience with basic administrative tasks, hospitality service, or personal assistant jobs in the past is a plus.

Notes:

This is a long-term position with a possible increase in hours, however, I cannot guarantee major financial growth. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal and business management, perfect for someone interested in a paid internship, who wants to get hospitality experience, or who wants to become an executive assistant one day.

This position is not suitable for someone relying solely on this job as their primary source of income. It’s best for someone who is looking for additional work to supplement their existing job or studies.
