Responsibilities
Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients
Portion and label food items
Follow recipes and prep lists provided by the chef
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Store food properly and monitor freshness
Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements
Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work fast
Must speak English
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
