We are a growing law firm in Hollywood, Florida and we are looking to hire an experienced pre-litigation paralegal to join our team!
We handle first and third party insurance claims and looking for a paralegal with personal injury experience to assist in our third-party property claims department.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting claims to insurance companies.
Coordinating inspections
Sending demand letters
Preparing clients for recorded statements
Managing filing system by Updating & maintaining documents and claims program
Qualifications and Skills
At least one year of experience handling personal injury claims or property damage claims for residential and commercial losses.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to write & speak clearly
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work well as part of a team.
