We are a high-end automotive upholstery shop specializing in luxury vehicles, vintage restorations, yachts, sprinter vans, and RVs. Our craftsmanship is top-tier and fully customizable — from complete interior transformations to convertible tops and marine upholstery.
As we scale and reorganize our sales structure, we are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who can help expand our client network and close high-value deals.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers (walk-ins, referrals, dealerships, auto clubs, marinas, and more)
Provide excellent customer service and communicate project needs to the production team
Generate quotes we give you and follow up with leads to close sales
Maintain professional relationships with recurring clients and business partners
Represent our brand at events, car shows, and industry gatherings
Compensation
Base pay: $200 per week
Commission: 10% of each sale
Trial period: 1–2 months (to ensure the role is the right fit for both parties)
Goal of 4–15 high-value sales per month
