Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and customer-service support within a fast-paced property management environment. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Prepare documents, notices, correspondence, and reports
Maintain resident files and update records in property management software
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors or tenants
Greet residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service
Support leasing, move-ins/outs, and compliance documentation as needed
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative work preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
