We are an established and growing direct to consumer luxury footwear retailer seeking a motivated individual for eCommerce & wholesale customer service. We are growing fast and we are looking for the right candidate that will bring experience, value, and attention to detail to our team.
Your primary responsibilities will be to assist customers through the order cycle, including:
- Respond to inquiries and assist customers via email, phone, and social media
- Processing, shipping, and tracking orders through our company's workflow
- Managing the exchange process
- General office tasks in support of the business as needed, including data entry.
Skills we are looking for:
Excellent English written and verbal skills (proper grammar is required).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of online shopping carts (Magento, etc.) & social media platforms. (Amazon Seller Central & Ebay knowledge is a plus).
Self-motivated with a positive Attitude
Attention to detail & organized
This is for a part-time or full time in-office position in Doral (not remote). Office hours are 9:30-6.
