The largest Fishing Outfitter and Rod Builder in the Southeast USA is hiring full and part time sales floor and inventory associates. Flexible schedules available to suit full-time employees and students and retirees looking for part time hours. You must be at least 15 years old to apply. Great benefits package available.
Our sales floor associates know and live fishing and share that knowledge and passion with customers and our inventory associates are meticulous, organized, very good with numbers/details, and follow-through. We also have an opening for a senior associate lead for those who have 3+ years in retail directly managing 5+ associates, including hiring, reviews, and scheduling.
All schedules include a weekend day. Part time schedule requires 20 hours and full time schedule is 40 hours. Your schedule will be set to cover the same shifts every week. Full time schedules can be a 4 or 5 day week.
We work hard and play hard at CHAOS. You will work from the moment you arrive until departure, and the store is very high volume and fast moving. But, we get to talk fishing and share our knowledge with customers every day. There are also many opportunities to pick up hours at boat shows, seminars, and tournaments.

-Self-starter and demonstrate hustle
-Always on time and always exhibit attention to detail
-Take pride in all your work regardless if building a rig or sweeping a floor
-Computer literate
-Able to work on your feet all day
