As a Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor (Independent Contractor), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of order processing, inventory management, and maintaining a well-organized small warehouse. Your primary goal is to provide all orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately with “0” unfulfilled orders each day, barring valid exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accurately pick and pack customer orders placed on Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok. Always follow the SOP Guidelines.

2) Perform quality checks on a product before packing. Wrap and pack the items and boxes nicely and securely.

3) Prepare and label shipments for USPS, UPS, and DHL. After fulfillment, arrange pick-ups and make sure packages are picked up on time.

4) Maintain an organized and clean warehouse with complete, working equipment.

5) Collaborate with Team Members on Product/Order Inquiries and Issues, Technical Concerns, Inventory, and Returns. Also, attend all required meetings.

6) Assist in Inventory Management, including restocking and cycle counting.

7) As you're under the W-9 Contract, you have flexibility in coming to the warehouse as needed, with the expectation of being present 5 days a week.

8) Help drop off orders when necessary to meet Fulfillment Targets.

Qualifications:

1) Have at least 1 year of experience and is knowledgeable in Shopify and Amazon regarding order processing and inventory management.

2) 1 year or more previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role.

3) Proficient in English; preferably English is your 1st or 2nd Language learned. Should be easy and clear to communicate with.

4) Detail-oriented; Pays close attention to details such as exact items, specific quantities, order notes, shipping options, customer details, and other order details.

5) Ability to fulfill all orders accurately and fast and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, especially in peak times such as product launches and sales.

6) Physically able to lift/move light to heavy packages (max 50lb) and perform daily tasks that require prolonged standing.

7) A dedicated and reliable person who demonstrates professionalism in the workplace.

8) Able to collaborate effectively with other Team Members while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

9) Must own a car; our warehouse is located in Miami, Florida (33130)

Benefits:

- $4,000/month fixed salary with performance bonuses, extra income through a personal affiliate code, and an assistant who can help you once a week.

- 5-day workweek with flexible hours (1099 Contract).

Note: Workload can vary daily—some may be slower and you can work fewer hours, while busier days may be 2-3x more work, but was never more than 8 hours per day.
