Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $35,000 - $50,000

A very successful and longstanding Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer at a Tier I level to join their team ASAP. They need somebody ideally with a year or two's experience that is eager to learn and further develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring IT Professional to further their career and technical abilities within a business that truly cares for its employees' wellbeing, personal development, and growth.

Duties include: General day-to-day support of customers' technical issues and ticket resolution via the Help Desk Supporting small, medium, and enterprise-sized firms across multiple industries Involvement in project work including rollouts and upgrades Documentation and resolution of repeat issues Technical research for client solutions Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions

Technical Skills: Windows Server 2016 - 2022 administration Windows 10/11 Desktop OS Active Directory and Group Policy Network Troubleshooting Firewalls (desirable) Linux (desirable) Strong Customer Service Skills MSP experience is desirable
