We are a growing IT Consulting and Managed Services company in Doral looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and responsible Technical Support representative to join our team in a work-life balanced environment with opportunity for professional growth and continuing education.

This is an exciting, dynamic and essential role for our company’s success! Working in the Technical Support team you will provide exceptional customer service and friendly hands-on onsite and remote technical support to our customers.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for providing first level friendly technical support to clients. This will primarily involve onsite support at the client locations but will also include remote support as needed. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:

Track, document and maintain all service requests utilizing a ticket management system,

Responding to customer support requests promptly, documenting resolutions, and escalating tickets as needed,

Communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, chat and in-person, responding to all requests and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and timely manner,

Installs, configure, maintains and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals hardware and software,

May provide first-level support to servers, Internet and network equipment,

Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures,

Additional Requirements & Skills,

Strong customer service orientation

Friendly and professional approach to technical support and customer service

Excellent communications, organizational and customer service skills

Willing to travel to our client offices throughout South Florida

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet reasonable deadlines

Tech savvy individuals,

Aptitude and the ability for acquiring new skills and willing to obtain IT related certifications

Perform installations, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting of hardware and software

Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10

Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Networking

Must be able to lift and carry the IT hardware

Fluent in English and Spanish,

1 year Experience in Technical Support / Customer Service

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between our office and clients' locations on a daily basis as needed.
