You could join our local client's existing team onsite as their Senior Project Manager in the Retail - Clothes & Access industry! This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. If you can ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, you'll become a key member of the team and do well in this position. The chosen candidate will also need to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Major responsibilities

- Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

- Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, DevOps, and Product Owner

- Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

- Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- In charge of project planning

- Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams

- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

- Acquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas

- Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable

- Provides detailed reporting to management on project status, risk assessments, and milestone completion

- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief

- Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members

- See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

- Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments

- Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

- Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- You'll be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications

- This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- Solid understanding of eComm

- Experience with e-commerce

- Proven knowledge of e-Commerce Application

- Expertise in Manage Vendor Relationships

- Proficiency in e-commerce

- e-Commerce Application experience

- Well-founded grasp of project management

- To be considered, you should be flexible and focused

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
