I am a professional in my late 40s living in midtown. I am also using a wheelchair and paralyzed from my chest down. Having said that, there is much that I could do in the gym and I simply need some help with training, spotting, and all around getting back in shape. I do work best with female trainers, as many of the male trainers of work with have ultimately tried to get me to bulk up. I'm much more interested in strengthening and endurance exercises.
I have undergone surgery and became incredibly deconditioned. I am looking for someone to help me regain my strength and endurance so that I can get back to every day functionality.
This is a great job for someone starting out, who is looking to gain experience, and for those seeking new challenges. Also someone who is just starting out and wants their name out there and build a client base. I know many contacts and I believe this is a fun different challenge. Mostly I envision a workout consisting of free weights, bands, resistance exercises, cardio… Etc. I have a fully equipped gym in the building.
