We are an established Luxury Home Builder in business for over 20 years looking for a hands on assistant superintendent/ punch out person for high end residential renovations and additions.
Work is located in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Mon-Fri with no weekend hours. Company vehicle provided after 45 days. Paid holidays and offer of health insurance after 90 days. Paid vacation after 1 year. Pay review after 45 days.
Duties include assisting supervisor, scheduling sub contractors, picking up materials, maintaining cleanliness of job sites, installation of floor/ dust protection incustomers home, and basic construction skills including caulking, touch up painting, and drywall finsihing.
MUST have 5 years verifiable residential renovation and new construction experience.
Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. Must be able to work with high end homeowners, supervisor, subs and office personnel.
Must have reliable transportation to start and a clean drivers license. MUST HAVE BASIC TOOLS.
Must be fluent in English. MUST BE LOCAL as in currently living in Palm Beach County.
