Seeking finish grade capable loader/skid steer/excavator operator.
Operators must have the skills and experience to operate: loader, excavator, and cat style skid steer. Any additional equipment skills a plus.
Operators must have the knowledge to execute such duties as:
Finish grading
Building house pads
Drainage
Light land clearing
Loading trucks
Excavation of swales, retainage areas, etc.
Cutting to grade
Grubbing
Routine maintenance on all machines (checking fluids, greasing, checking air pressure, etc.)
MUST BE ABLE TO READ GRADE STAKES. WE DO NOT RUN GPS MACHINES.
YOU WILL BE FIELD TESTED ON MACHINES BEFORE WE HIRE YOU.
SELF MOTIVATION AND THE ABILITY TO WORK ALONE A NECESSITY.
If you have any drug or alcohol issues please do not waste our time or yours, you will be drug tested upon hire, and no call no shows are automatic grounds for termination.
Must have a clean drivers license, and your own transportation to work. (Moms, girlfriends, etc. do not count)
Minimum 5 years VERIFIABLE experience
Weekly pay
Full time with opportunity for overtime
