Speedy Concrete Cutting Inc. is the premier concrete sawing and drilling contractor for the Southeast U.S., and we are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance employee for our Fort Lauderdale location. This role is about 80% janitorial for our small office spaces and yard, with household maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:
-Heavy lifting up to 80 lbs as needed.
-VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & ability to safely operate a company vehicle for errands as needed.
-Displayed knowledge and experience in light to moderate facility maintenance and cleaning.
-Janitorial experience for an office space is preferred, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
-Must be able to submit to a background check (including driver history), and a drug screen.
