What We’re Looking For Currently, we are seeking a full-time RN Manager to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility : the Larsen Pavilion! This person will oversee the daily operations of the Pavilion's Memory Care Unit managing all CNA's and nurses within the unit.
He / she will be responsible for ensuring resident care and services are provided in a dignified, compassionate manner, along with monitoring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing homes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with dementia, as well as experience working within a skilled nursing facility.
