Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders – Full Time (Commercial & Residential Routes)
We’re hiring experienced Crew Leaders to manage landscape maintenance routes for commercial and residential properties. The position includes leading a small crew, performing hands-on maintenance work, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and work with crew members on daily maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulching, weeding, etc.)
Ensure properties are completed to company quality standards
Communicate clearly with management and customers as needed
Operate and maintain all landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Complete route sheets and daily reports accurately
Identify and report irrigation issues, plant health problems, or property concerns
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
Previous experience in landscape maintenance and crew supervision
Ability to lead by example and work well with others
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently
Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs
Details:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Pay based on experience and leadership ability
Company vehicle provided for daily routes (for qualified drivers)
