We are looking for experienced technicians in water damage and mold. This job may require after hours and weekend's (Bonus pay will be provided)
Must live in or near Southwest Florida.

Qualifications
· Knowledge of practices and procedures of water, mold and fire trades
· Ability to read and interpret written instructions (Protocols)
· Medium to heavy labor – Candidate must be able to lift consecutively
· Respecting customers, their time, property and resources
· Remove structural materials such as flooring, drywall, cabinetry, ETC
· Execute structural drying
· Physically able to wear PPE
· Must be willing to be on call, bonus pay will be provided.
License/Certification:
IICRC Certification (Preferred)
Driver's License (Required)
Type of work: Knowledge of third-party environmentalist reports, demolition, properly setting and monitoring drying equipment.
