Job description:We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, a confident person to cultivate new business relationships for our selective demolition and whole structure demolition company. You will be finding new leads from multiple sources and you will be the person of first contact. We are looking to get our foot in the door and have the opportunity to bid on their work, ultimately earn their work. We are known for being problem solvers and professionals in the messy business of demolition. Our google reviews show this though our actions and that is what other say about how we do good business.
Key ResponsibilitiesTracking down new opportunities (online, drop-ins to offices, cold calls, permit searches, chambers of commerce, networking)Learn our process of work and how we do demolition differently.Each place you stop getting business card or vendor paperwork
Relationship Building: Network at local business groups to build a pipeline of leads. Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting and Tracking: Maintain CRM records of sales activities, track pipeline progress, and report on key metrics, including win rates, revenue generated, and lead conversion rates.
Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to pitch demolition services. Highlighting our expertise in safe demolition methods, waste management, and recycling of reusable items.
Follow up with new customers on a regular basis.
QualificationsDrivers license with a clean record
Strong skills in communication and follow throughAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, ideally in demolition.
Proven track record of "hunting" new business and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Skills:Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities with resilience to rejection.Excellent communicationKnowledge of demolition processes, construction and equipment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., High Level we will teach you this), Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.Personal
Attributes: Hunter mentality with high energy, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ethical, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Gonna need some references
Work Environment
This position is based in Bonita springs you will start your day off at the office picking up company vehicle.
Company car will be provided for traveling to new prospects. Car to be kept at the company yard at night.
Compensation and Benefitspaid per hour with bonuses per bid we are able to quote out and additional bonus when we secure the job.40 - 50 hours

Thanks for the reply, a few highlights to go over to make sure we do not waste each others time. We feel this position can evolve into pretty big numbers. We are comfortable starting out at $20 an hour, $50 for a bid appointment, and $200 for booked jobs (paid when the job starts). Extra bonuses on larger jobs (Case by case). We are doing 2000 jobs a year, and we have the capacity to do 3000. We have a 95% close rate on jobs we bid (BTW: another seasoned employee will do bidding) and 97% repeat customers. If this is a range you can work with, let's set up a video interview. Drivers License must be clean for at least three years. We will have you sign an NDA, Truck must remain at the shop each night.
