The Denzel Group, an award-winning IT Search and Staffing Firm, has been tasked by an industry leader to identify a Level Day Desktop Support Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for Desktop support in an Enterprise environment. This opportunity provides excellent compensation, benefits and work-life balance! In this role you will provide level 2 desktop support for laptops/workstations end users.
Experience- Provide technical and procedure documentation for Service Desk, PC desktop/laptop configuration standards and install procedures
- Set-up and provision new desk and laptops
- 1+ year of experience working in an enterprise network environment supporting computers and printers.
- Experience in Windows 10 and 11 along with Office 365, some SharePoint, MS Teams, Cisco
