The long-term contract / temporary PC Technician will work in the Lee County, FloridaYour responsibilities- Manage inventory of equipment, including collaborating on potential purchases- Arrange for repairs through the appropriate vendors- Ensure the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Take responsibility for technology implementation projects and carry them out- Handle disassembly, boxing, movement and setup/installation on site- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and refurbish PCs, laptops, monitors, server, and other computer hardware- Take down, box and ship out of date equipment- Provide frequent and effective communication with ticket submitters- Install, troubleshoot and repair printers- Assist with functionality testing and end user support Requirements - Proven knowledge of Interactive TV- Audio Equipment experience- General familiarity with Smart Board- Audio System experience highly desired- Audio Video experience- Foundational knowledge in Audio Visual- Well-founded grasp of Smart TV- Audio Conferencing experience desired- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Ability to multitask effectively- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
